  • We ship to most locations within India (and optionally to international destinations, if applicable).

  • Standard shipping is via reliable courier partners.

  • Express / expedited shipping may be available at additional cost.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (if applicable).

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer.

4. Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (varies by region).

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take longer.

  • International shipments (if applicable) depend on destination country and customs, and may take 7–21 business days or more.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number / link once your order is dispatched.

  • Use this to monitor the delivery status.

6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural disasters, or force majeure.

  • If your shipment is lost or damaged, please notify us immediately (within 5 days) so we can initiate claims or replacement.

7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

  • If the courier is unable to deliver and returns the package, we may charge you for re-shipping.

  • If you refuse delivery without valid reason, it may affect your eligibility for refund.
