1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Physically damaged product (received in damaged condition)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered by customer
  • Minor color or design variation
  • Normal wear and tear

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To claim a return or refund:

  • Customer must record a clear, continuous unboxing video
  • The video must start before opening the parcel
  • The parcel label and packaging must be clearly visible
  • The defect/damage must be clearly shown in the video

Without a proper unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.


3. Return Request Timeline

  • Customer must email the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Inspection Process

  • Once we receive the video and details, our team will review the issue.
  • If approved, we will arrange return pickup (if applicable).

5. Refund Process

  • Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer
  • The original packaging is missing
  • No proper unboxing video is provided
  • The issue is not related to manufacturing defect

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
