Return or refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns in case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Physically damaged product (received in damaged condition)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Minor color or design variation
- Normal wear and tear
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
To claim a return or refund:
- Customer must record a clear, continuous unboxing video
- The video must start before opening the parcel
- The parcel label and packaging must be clearly visible
- The defect/damage must be clearly shown in the video

Without a proper unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.
3. Return Request Timeline
- Customer must email the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Inspection Process
- Once we receive the video and details, our team will review the issue.
- If approved, we will arrange return pickup (if applicable).
5. Refund Process
- Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- The product is used or damaged by the customer
- The original packaging is missing
- No proper unboxing video is provided
- The issue is not related to manufacturing defect
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
