1. Overview
We at UAG URBN ARMOUR GEAR want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Return / Refund
- Returns / refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery (or pickup), unless otherwise stated.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Custom / personalized items, underwear, or items marked “Non-returnable” cannot be returned unless defective.
- Proof of purchase (invoice / order confirmation) is required.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team (via email or phone) within 7 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will approve or reject your return request.
- If approved, ship the item back to us at your cost (unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refund will be made via the original payment method (or store credit, depending on circumstances).
- Shipping charges (original or return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges / Replacements
- We may replace items if defective or damaged.
- Exchanges (size, color) are subject to availability; you may need to return the original and place a new order.
6. Non-returnable / Non-refundable items
- Perishable goods, custom items, intimate apparel (if hygiene sealed), gift cards, etc.
- Items damaged by misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
