Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products and locations.
To confirm COD orders and avoid fraudulent bookings, we require a ₹99 advance payment.
This amount is adjusted in your final order total.
Orders will be processed only after the ₹99 confirmation payment is received.
How fast do you ship orders?
We aim for same day dispatch for all confirmed orders.
Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days depending on location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects.
To claim a return:
- Record a proper unboxing video
- Email it within 24 hours of delivery to: uagaudio@gmail.com
Without a valid unboxing video, returns will not be accepted.
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
No.

How long does refund take?
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund is processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
